Provided by YP.comBike has been in shop going on 5 weeks now. After 19 days I was called and told it was fixed and ready. I went to pick up the bike and the little whining noise in the primary/transmission area had been "fixed", not. It was now a much much louder deep growl and they wanted me to go ahead and take the bike.
It's now been another 2 weeks and was promised the bike today and much to my non-suprise it wasn't ready. They said now it would be late tomorrow afternoon before it would be finished:(
I have now missed one vacation and a couple of Toy Runs that I wanted to participate in.
Five weeks to replace some bearings in the transmission seems a little excessive, especially with that high dollar extended warranty I purchased. I think what upsets me the most is their lack of keeping me informed on the progress. I don't think a call at least once a week is to much to ask.

They said "oh surr we have a good selection of license plate LED's, 50 minute drive later i find nothing but one of the many employees looking in a generic accessories book saying: "we can order this for you". Are you kidding me.....

Provided by YP.comNope. Would not pass my rear tire on state inspection although it met specs. It was "close" to failing so they insisted on selling me a new tire before they would pass the bike.

Provided by YP.comI rang to make an appointment to get my bike serviced and the annual inspection completed. The service manager was so unhelpful that I decided to take my bike elsewhere. Very disappointing after taking my bike there for years. I will be sure not to buy my next bike from them!

Provided by YP.comWOW... COULD IT BE ANY WORSE AFTER THE SALE... IT ISN'T LIKE WE HAD NOW PURCHASED 2 VEHICLES FROM THEM!!!! I HAVE HAD PEOPLE SNAP AT ME, GET HATEFUL, ACCUSE US AND ALL OF THIS AFTER THEY DROPPED THE BALL ON SERVICE AND REGISTRATION... FINANCE IS A JOKE, OR AT LEAST THE WOMAN WE DEALT WITH!!! AND SHE GETS PAID FOR THAT !!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Provided by YPmobileBought a 2011 ultra limited from Adam Smith in Bedford. Sales people are great, service is by far better than other places I have been. When I bring my bike in I'm always greater with a smile and what can I do to make this the best harley dealership you will ever deal with attitude from everyone. Love it won't go anywhere else

The staff was far more helpful than the other dealerships I shopped, and I got an unbelievably good deal on my bike! I would recommend this location to any, and everyone looking for a new bike!

Provided by YP.comShipped my bike to Dallas and it arrived damaged. Contacted this dealership in hopes of getting it repaired in time for my Rt66 trip. They were AWESOME! Quick in repairing my bike and I was on my way. Can't say enough good things about them. I agree with others...best and nicest dealership ever. Wish I lived in the Dallas area as they would get all of my business

Provided by YPmobileLove this dealership! The people are great and friendly. My husband and I are young and when we go to longhorn Harley we are ignored. Not at Adam smith!!! They are so helpful and knowledgeable. The clothes and accessories are great and so is the selection of bikes!!!!

Provided by YP.comSince July when they fired their two best salesmen the whole attitude of the place has changed. Everyone used to be friendly and smiling but now everyone seems stressed and scared . The stress in the place is evident when you walk into the store and then the final straw was when my husband and myself were told that we were not welcome in the store or in the chapter because we spent our money and bought our bikes at another store ,North Texas Harley. How sad for them that this is what this store has become. There used to be a time where the customer was important but I guess that Texas Harley Davidson has forgot that without customers there is no business. Goebeks
We are in the fun business. We take pride in making our dealership one of high standards, high energy, and full of fun. So when you get people who regularly come into the store who never seem to pleased with what you do for them, you sometimes have to ask them to find a place that makes them happy.
