This company was the best company I have used so far, very professional, courteous and worked fast. Wrapped everything with blankets to protect my stuff I was very impressed, I would definitely use 1st Choice Moving Company again!

Tried to make some observations via email with Josh that a polite, "thank you, we'll look into it" would have sufficed. Instead he started accusing me of abusing his staff, treating them like my personal slaves and verbally abusing them. It all went downhill from there. One of them told me about his "history" and that was enough for me to want the job over as soon as possible. My son stayed until his back gave out so he can vouch for this as can the neighbor who's ceiling was "jumped up and down" while wiping his shoes on my stairs climbing them...juvenile at best, incompetent in the least.



I offered drinks which were declined, had to constantly guide to the next steps even though "everything" had to be moved. Pros would know and have a plan. I am told I paid a hefty tip of $90 which according to what I was told should have been $35...so the three guys pocketed the extra and shorted the office. I have the email exchange with their office on file to back that up.



Next time, Mayflower or another reputable, insured provider. Breakage was minor but I was blamed for it even though I wasn't stacking anything in the world truck. Worthy of note, stacking a 500# washer across a wheel well so the sheet metal puckered (I have pictures) had to be corrected and the kid in the van saw nothing wrong with how it was bent. Either he needed glasses or he's used to broken and bent things.
