Disappointed for sure horrible service from management Dillion Thomas unprofessional and rude and Chris branch manager does not know the process of handling tows given incorrect information by both gentlemen and then they still say we are responsible for tow fees after being told we are not. And when wanting to report the bad service recieved I was refused their boss name instead was told she is being texted to see if there is anything that can be done to resolve my problem per Chris through his text she said no the fee of 239 dollars has to be paid in order to get another car. Again I asked for her name and was told no. I contacted corporate office to file a complaint and will also be doing so with the BBB. You do not give customers incorrect information try and stick them with a bill after telling them they are not responsible for it. Obviously management in this office needs training on what the procedures are so they can help thier customers rather than RIP them off

Terrible organization with terrible employees. A bunch of vultures who will say anything to nail you with an undeserved damage assessment upon returning the vehicle. You cant 'win' since they hold all of the cards. The sales people there are the pits. Will NEVER deal with this dishonest organization again.
