DO NOT GO HERE. They are crooks who charge for unnecessary procedures that they insist you need. Awful place.

When I walk in I'm greeted; people at least recognize my face if not my name. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I love the website too, I order medications off of it all the time.

I love going to Daniel Webster Animal Hospital, they always greet the animals and are very friendly. They know me on a first name basis and are very personable which has a calming effect on the animals and know my pets also by name.

I have been taking my pets here for a couple years now. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they are super friendly. Dr. Lido does a great job explaining everything very clearly to me about my pets condition.

My puppy had a recent surgery and it was awfully nice of the staff here to give me a follow up call to see how she is doing and that everything is ok. I probably wouldn't be going here so long if they did not provide the right care, treatment, and friendly service that they provide here.

Where do I start... We have 2 ...

Where do I start... We have 2 boxers, Tasha and Fenway... I have owned Tasha since she was 4 months and my husband Jason fell in love with her when we moved in together 5 years ago. (She is now 8 1/2 yrs old) We adopted Fenway about 2 years ago. We use to bring them to a different Vet Hospital from the 1st day that we owned them, but they changed ownership and a lot of the Vets that I loved left. Needless to say I was not happy with the new vets and started looking for another place, especially since Tasha was starting to have some accidents in the house, she started bumping into things and at times it seemed like she didn't understand our commands. A neighbor of mine recommended DW Animal Hospital... I made an appt with Dr. Heald and I am so thankful for that!! She was able to quickly identify that Tasha was exhibiting signs of a Brain tumor. She recommended a few local and out of state specialists. We have been working with Dr. Heald and a neurologist to make Tasha comfortable and manage her symptoms. On top of her tumor she also had Cornea Edema in one of her eyes and an ulcer that would not heal. I can not say enough nice things about Dr. Heald... every time I call and leave a Voice Mail, I always have peace of mind because I know that she will call me back the same day. She has even called on her own a few times for Tasha updates :) She helped us with making some tough decisions and She always makes sure that we are well educated with the options that are available to us. Probably the most impressive experience was when my husband and I were faced with the decision on whether to put her to sleep or remove her eye, as her eye became infected and the steroids that she is on for her tumor would not allow for proper healing. It seemed like there was no "Right" decision as there were some risks with her condition and Dr. Heald helped us come to a decision by giving us the pros and cons. We decided to have her eye removed the next day, I brought Tasha home from Port City Vet (where the surgery was done) and she started acting very stressed out and exhibiting unusual behavior. I called the DWAH Office and I was told that Dr. Heald was just about to leave, they asked me to hold and then a few moments later Dr. Heald came on the phone. I began to lose it on the phone as I was panicked that I made the wrong choice for Tasha. Dr. Heald told me to bring her in, so I did and they were so wonderful. They started an IV right away and the Receptionist Danielle was very compassionate and stayed with me while I waited. I was an emotional mess...Dr. Heald suggested bringing Tasha to VECOM for the night. Danielle offer to drive me over as she was concerned about me not being able to drive with being so upset. Jason and I are happy to report that Tasha pulled through and it has been 2 weeks since the surgery. She has healed up perfectly and is starting to get use to maneuvering around with only one eye. She will never be back to normal because of the tumor and we know that our time is limited with her..... but at least she is no longer in pain and for that Jason and I are thankful to Dr. Heald. She has truly been so caring, supportive and very available to discuss any concerns. Her staff is amazing as well and every time that I call they remember Tasha and ask how she is doing. They are truly so caring, compassionate and responsive. We can not thank them enough for all that they have done for us!! :) We would HIGHLY recommend DWAH to any pet owner as they have gone above and beyond time and time again!! Your pet will get exceptional care!!
