This company is horrible. They do not answer phone calls, email, voicemails. They took over a month to approve an MRI that my doctor said was needed. I called them 26 times in a two day period, left 5 messages, and did not get a call back. My bills are backed up, because they haven't paid me in a month and a half. This company is terrible.

This is the worst workers comp insurance company. It should get 0 stars. I am middle aged and have a family. I have never been seriously hurt on the job until now. This company took two months to pay me and I had to go to court to get paid. If my spouse had not been working, we would have been on the street with no place to live. Their customer service is non-exisistant. If you have this company backing you... good luck. My advice, lawyer-up because your gonna need it.
