I pawned a item . Called and said I wouldn't be in until the third of the month, she said it would be just 5 dollars more and that would be fine. I went on the 2nd to pick up the pawn. With an altitude she and her husband told me it was pulled. I would have picked up the item when I called. She lied to me, sold my item and made a bunch of money. They will rip you off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They lied said we was part of a " do not pawn list" through the bpd and we called the pd to verify and they said that the pawnshop was giving us false information. And the lady had an attitude as soon as you walk through the door. Do not use this place. They lie to you and tarnish you name.

I didn't have a good experience here. Upon arriving into the store I wasn't greeted or asked if I could be assisted with anything. In honesty my entering the store seemed to upset the lady as she was watching some show about a dog stylist having cut the head of a dog by accident and was being sued. I'm not sure, might have been one of those Judge Judy type shows. At any rate, i had brought in a smart BluRay that retails for 100 dollars from Sams here along with 10 blurays. All in mint condition, very well taken care of. The bluray player had actually only been used twice. When asked what I was looking to get from everything I suggested 30 or 40 dollars for everything, this was the bluray and about 10 movies. I felt for the retail value of everything being over 150 dollars that 30 or 40 dollars was more than fair for both sides. The lady looked at me and informed me that she'd give me 8 dollars for everything. The lady had no interest in a fair deal. I took a quick look around before leaving and saw some similar bluray players (though not as nice as mine) being sold for 80 dollars. I can't honestly recommend this place. In this day and age your best bet is ebay.

This place is a sham. Honestly they just screw you out of your money/merchandise. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you like to be screwed.

well Michele , I've been playing guitar for about 15 years now. There's no such thing as an Epicphone guitar. However my very first guitar was an Epiphone custom and paid 260.00 for it brain new with a soft case , cords ,extra strings and a 8" amp. I'm not pluggin for J&S at all just sayin maybe you should learn a little more about guitars before you slander someone's business.

Don't pawn there!!! CHEAPSAKES!!!! a hard shell case is 150 and an epicphone guitar is 250-300 mint. And couldn't take 125 for both. Lousy!!
