I'm very disappointed that you do not have simple parts to repair doors. I paid $3500 for two simple doors two local dealers told me they could have provided for less than $2000 and just as good a have repair parts on hand. I need a seal for my door and also want to why the door rubs the new floor I put down. I am very dissatisfied with the service after installation. I need a new seal immediately. How long and how much is it going to cost. I also need the cost of someone making an adjustment on the door which is a longer (couple of 1/8') so it will clear the flooring I put down. I realy liked their sales department the ladies in sales were so nice and very sweet, I just don't get that service like I used to, it means a lot when a company treats you good and I just don't get that anymore with Creative Exteriors. Also if you ever need them to fix a problem for you good luck their warranty isn't what they say it is. My experience was good at first and as the years have went on I just simply won't be doing business with them any longer.
