I ordered mint frost three tabs but they said that the top cap didn't come in that color. So I asked what color they had that had a top cap color that would match. He gave me a list of colors that would match. I choose a dark green. So what they delivered mint frost with dark green top caps. By the time I found out it was the wrong color, they (roofers) already had 1/3 of the roof installed. They not once asked if I didn't mind two different colors on the roof. Who in their right mind would want two different colors on their roof. When I called them on it, they lied and told me that is the way I ordered it. I had a buddy with me who also said that he never heard that the roof was going to be two different colors.So if you want to see a mistake made by woodfeathers check out my house on 4248 SE 182 in gresham. It might not look so bad I hope.I would ask questions and double check your order to make sure this doesn't happen to you.Other than that they are a good company to deal with.
