A coworker of mine was talking about this place and the fact they provide the ground beef for the famous Helvetia Tavern (which has awesome burgers!). I picked up some of the ground beef and two steaks. This meat is way better than anything I can get in a store. It tastes like beef. That may sound silly but it is true. I am sure this meat is healthier than the stuff I buy at the grocery but the real part is how it tastes. It is really better.
