They do not use bleach when washing their laundry and when I asked the girl how they mix their solution for the spray bottles used on the beds to clean them, she didn't know where to point on the test strip where it is to read at. There are also no postings up anywhere to let you know what the state requirements are regarding laundry washing and bed cleaning solution. The girl didn't even know where the number was for me to call and report them. I asked her what they used to sanitize the laundry and she didn't even know what it was called and it was bleach. She tried to tell me they keep it in a bag when she found it tucked behind other items in the closet behind the vacuum because to keep it from getting everywhere. Funny thing, the white seal across the bleach container was not broken yet. She also wouldn't make eye contact. Interesting and a new girl had just started that day that I'm sure was no trained properly as well. I've complained about this before when it was owned under a different name, seems things haven't changed.
