The food was delicious but the restaurant lacks in style, cleanliness, and common customer service.. I had two different workers roll their eyes at me when I simply requested teriyaki sauce..

While the food is good, the cleanliness of the place and the workers is not. Staff does not wash their hands after dipping their rag in the bleach bucket and cleaning tables. Turn around and handle your food/drinks/cups with dirty hands. Carpet extremely old/dirty looking and needs to be replaced. From what I could see of the Kitchen, filthy as well. Unfortunate because the food is good. I have been there more than a dozen times and each time it gets worse and worse with the sanitation process or lack their of. No longer going there after last visit. Disgusting!

In my opinion the BEST place in the world to eat! SOOOOOOO GOOD!

This has to be one of my favorite places to eat. I love that I get to pick what and how much of each item goes into my dish. I like that I can choose what goes into the sauce that my dish is cooked in.

You choose the ingredients, and the sauces you want and then they prepare it for you. Staff is very nice--this place gets really crowded.

I can custom create my own meal to fit my palate! My guests have always loved it as it makes for great entertainment too!

One of my favorite places to eat. The food is healthy, reasonably priced, the service is great, and it's FUN! We eat there for dinner frequently, but my favorite time to stop at Chang's is on Saturday for lunch when I'm running errands.

We like going here because everyone can get what they like. It's a great place to take the kids. There is a lot of variety in the choices of meat, vegetables and sauces. It can get a little crowded at lunchtime and a little noisy if you're sitting near the grill. Not a place for a quiet, romantic dinner.

This is a fun night out and Chang's does a great job.

If you can combine a good selection of ingredients, they grill it well and service is speedy

Chang's Mongolian Grill has been around for years, and for good reason. The food is tasty, and the service is friendly. It's an all-you-can-eat buffet where you pick out and assemble your ingredients and sauces, then watch as the chefs stir fry it all together. Be sure to tip the chefs!

The food is good and fresh, and the cooks are really awesome, but be prepared to wait. This place is packed every weekend night and sometimes parking is a challenge, especially because there's no overflow lots. It's a little dingy inside but the food is good enough that's it's worth ignoring the aged flags hanging frommthe ceiling!
