Weekend Fix

Kevin was prompt and was able to fix our issue quickly. We know that weekend service calls are pricey, so we were shocked when we saw the final bill. If it wasn't cold outside we could have waited to Monday, but our luck... it was Sunday.Thx for the service Kevin.

Truly awful customer service
