Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. No one showed so I called their office and only got the recorder but I got no call back. More than an hour later I called again and spoke to a man who said he would call their estimator to call me. Again, no call. No one ever showed up, they just blew off the appointment.

Aloha glass was recommended to me to use for a customers project. It was suppose to be an easy and best solution for my customer. It has been 5 weeks now and we still don't have the mirrors. We have called over 5x, sent email and stopped by the shop numerous times. They have not returned one call, doors are often locked and phone not answered during business hours. When we do get to talk to someone we get the run around and no follow up or care for their customers or possible future customers. It has now costed us over $500 to get new mirrors made and installed when it was budgeted for $160.00. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and very poor customer service. I will never take my business or recommend Aloha Glass again.

I had an Open House scheduled on Saturday and called different companies to see about getting the window installed. I was told that it would take 5-7 business days. I called Aloha Glass on Thursday and spoke to a man named Mitch, he was very helpful offering to do what he could so that the window would be fixed and installed in time for the open house. A gentleman named Scott came out and measured my window an hour after I got off the phone with Mitch. My window was installed Friday. Scott and Tim were the men who installed it and did an amazing job! Thank you so much for taking care of our family! I will recommend Aloha Glass to all my friends and use Aloha Glass for any window repairs.

Aloha Glass was excellent in every way-helpful, informative, fast, quality product, courteous, and professional. I will call them for my glass needs in the future. I recommend them to my friends.

First I called the Aloha Glass and was told that they would get some information and called back. They never did. This went on for several months. Then I finally got an appointment set up and no one showed up. Finally we got together and they fixed my windows- but now I am finding shards of class all through the carpets in the room where the window was changed.

Scott at Aloha Glass is a real pro, very helpful!
