We bought a brand new home in July of 2012. The upstairs area was unfinished and we considered making it into a Media/Music room, someday. The builders of our home told us it would cost 12 to 20K to finish the home, depending on how much we wanted to keep the integrity of the upstairs the same finished look, as the main floor. I then contacted DBR construction (had them do some small jobs for me in the past) and after receiving a lower bid, hired them to do the work. The bid was several thousand less then my builder bid was and they added feature to the bid, I did not even consider. They did a GREAT job keeping the integrity of the new space the same as the main floor. Through the entire project, they were always on time, explained each phase and were very friendly. They were also very willing to listen to my suggestions and my ideas on some basic changes I had. After the job was finished, we had several people over to our home, to see the finished product and everyone has loved the work and mentioned how well everything matched the quality craftsmanship of our main floor. I would highly recommend DBR constructions for any project you may have. You will not be disappointed!

Dennis built a patio cover for us last summer. He was on time and on budget and it turned out perfect.

I have a bathroom and laundry room combined in my house. I allways hide it from company that would come over beause of how ugly it is. I called DBR to see if they could help me. They came in and completly tore out all the old bathroom. repaired all the dry rot and rebuilt my new amazing bathroom and laundry. Now I make sure everyone sees my new rooms.

We hired Dennis to demo and re-frame an extensive kitchen remodel in our 1950's home. Now we use DBR for every phase of this project we can since we did not go with a general on this job. DBR has done the siding, painting, interior trim and more...all hands on. We also used the plumber and drywall contractors recommended by Dennis. Not your average contractor! Always on the job when promised, excellent communication on progress, concerns and problem solving. He just gets its done...and our dogs like him a lot.

I just wanted to say I had no idea about a lot of the scopes of work performed by this company but, they walked me through everything and let me know up front how much this & that would costs plus the benefits of what I might be spending my money on. Then, they left the choice making up to me. Everything turned out better then I had expected because of the knowledge and workmanship I received by hiring this company! You will not regret hiring this company!!!!

i really enjoyed my expierence with this company. very punctual and professional. im very pleased with the final results and got just what i wanted. i plan on recommending this company to family and friends!
