The Water Doctors did a wonderful job during our recent basement flooding incident. We've been in our house for 10 years and never had water in the basement (we do not even have a sump pump). Imagine our horror to see water entering the finished basement at the joint between slab and foundation wall- four days before Christmas 2013. You guessed it: 60 degree weather, the melting of 13 inches of snow, and 2.8 inches of rain all in one day. Mike and Ron arrived within an hour of our frantic call, removed the wet padding, propped up the carpet (only 6 months old!) and started drying us out. We were back to normal within one week - new padding, carpet re-installed - it was like it never happened. These guys are very good: responsive to questions, on time each day (they checked how dry we were on a daily basis), and are just really nice guys. We unfortunately flooded two more times due to warm temps, rain, and snow melt (1/11 and 2/19) and each time the Water Doctors were there for us. Hopefully we'll have no more 'events' but if we do we'll be calling The Water Doctors. We highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Water Doctors. Costumer service was excellent.. Quick response even in the middle of the night My home is back to new!
