I have been buying nice jewelry from this particular store since 2008, and have always received very courteous, friendly, and professional service from Sherry, and the rest of the staff, and more recently Justin. I moved near Dayton Mall, and decided to buy a leo solitaire from Kays there. Big Mistake!. Kays did not have the high quality of leo diamonds that osterman always has in stock, and the sales lady at kays tried to convince me my Leo 1/2 ct solitaire had 1 minute flaw invisible to the naked eye (I1 clarity). Well it was most definitely visible to my eye, and under the scope was huge, not minute. I drove to Ostermans the same night I picked my ring up from Kays, and got the wonderful serivce I have always gotten in the past, and exchanged my ring for a different setting. I will continue to use Ostermans in Beavercreek no matter what. The quality of products and service is far superior. They go above and beyond to help. Also the sale paper rings are very cloudy at Kays
