I went in for a trim today & from the moment I walked in nobody said hi or welcome to Great Clips. After about 5 minutes or being ignored I was signed in. The stylist barely talked to me & I had to ask her to trim the layers around my face. She also never offered to show me the back of my hair or line up the front to make sure it looked even. I normally go to the Dorothy Lane/Woodman Great Clips & the stylists are friendly & do a thorough job.
