I started going to Rick in the fall of 2007 for problems related to a herniated disc. I wanted to avoid surgery at all costs. I did not want to go to a salon and have a massage performed by a hair stylist. I am happy to say I had immediate relief and was very satisfied. Rick is very knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and how it works. I feel like I receive an education every time I go. I do the stretching exercises Rick provided me with and it truly has made a difference.
