Provided by YP.comCalled in April, ac not working. Chuck Wood came out, said vent under home came off. Said he attached but only temporary fix, would be back following week to make permanent repair. Never came back. Called them on 4 occasions, said would remind him he just ignored the problem. Now it's December 14, just got me heating bill, very high. The vent must have come off again. He had 8 months to fix it but neglected what he promised he would do. I called Maier heating in Rochester. They are coming out tomorrow after only 2 days notice to make the repair. They are professionals, Wood is not. Beware doing business with them.
