Provided by YP.comMy tooth died on me a few years ago and I went to Dr. Eaton to see what could be done. Sadly, the only thing that could be done was a root canal. I have heard nothing good at all about root canals so I was really worried that I would be in excruciating pain during the entire procedure. Dr. Eaton was amazing! It wasn’t painful at all. He was very gentle and soothing throughout the entire procedure. He even let me see what the inside of the tooth looked liked when it was over and explained to me what I was seeing on the screen. That was really incredible. My tooth came out whiter than all my other teeth so we ended up having to whiten the others so they would match. I couldn’t believe it! And to this day it is still white as can be. I was so impressed with the work he did I decided to look him up in the yellow pages because I recently moved to Portland and wanted his opinion on possible dentists out here. I was sad to see that he received a bad review. I’m so sorry you had a bad experience with the receptionist, but do not let that deter you from experiencing what Dr. Eaton can do for you and your dental hygiene. His work is absolutely remarkable and he is extremely gentle with his patients. You can tell he really cares about making the experience as relaxing and stress-free as possible. Thank you, Dr. Eaton, for a great root canal experience!

Provided by YP.comi have never been a patient there before but i called to set up an appointment and some lady names jeanie or jenny answered and was so mean and rude to be , when i asked to set up an appointment she said "WELL YOU NEED TO HOLD ON", then when she asked for an insurance card she said :WE DONT TAKE THAT" so then i hung up....poor customer service, i am glad it didnt work out and i am going else where...didnt make me feel wecome
