The worst! Inconsiderate. Overpriced. Unprofessional. Every review I've seen on Google and Yelp are very much true! Rude neighborhood kids, management is incompetent and roach problem. I couldn't post my full story on here but check out Google and Yelp. If your're looking for a place to call home and have actually care about its tenants then CROSS CREEK isn't for you.

I have lived there for almost a year now. The new property manager and asst. manager are nice and they do a lot of activities. The maintenance guys are very nice too. The price is great and the property is really pretty.
