I think that Dr. Tucker is very knowledgeable, but his bedside manner needs a lot of work. He has talked to me several times using the word f**k as well as many others. But I trust his diagnosis for the most part. I feel that I can not talk to Dr. Tucker sometimes it seems like he doesn't really care and makes it very uncomfortable. As far as the girls, I will say that about 85% of them are very rude. They gossip about patients so LOUD that the entire SECOND floor can hear them. They do not resp...

I think getting your results to lab test is an area for improvement. I have left 2 messages on the phone system and have never recieved a call back. I had an MIR done on my right knee 3 days ago and haven't heard back anything about results. I have been in pain working on this knee and would like to know if I need surgery or there is something else that can be done. I do think that it is a great office when it comes to visits, you never have to wait long for visits and that staff treats you right. Dr Tucker always has a up beat disposition and never seems so busy that he's pushing you out as he's asking you questions. Overall It was the best decision I made to switch to this office, but I would like to see a better way of getting your test results back or at least a call that nothing has come back. If its blood work i can understand, but usally people are getting x-rays because there is something wrong and a good chance that person might be having a lot of discomfort.
