The personal at the Beacon,New York, USPS are slovenly, slow, rude and indifferent to long lines in lobby. There is always same employee at window. Yesterday 11/29/18 there were at least 15 customers waiting on line, when questioned the woman at the window said", its not her problem," she then proceeded to complain about customers within the hearing of all the customers waiting in line
