Had to wait in a long very lon...

Had to wait in a long very long line with only one guy at the register. There were many other workers and actually 3 girls were close to the register but too busy talking and putting away hangers. R u kidding me?? And then one even made jokes with the guy working at the register, so even he was slow at doing his job. Do what ur paid to do god damn it. One was probably even a manager. Pathetic. Most might know by now, but they also don't refund money. And at this point also don't give store credit, only exchange. I don't get that. What's the difference? You still end up with the customer's money.

a lot of us aren't trained on register and spend our time cleaning the store and helping customers. I'm sure the girls weren't deliberately avoiding hopping on the registers, they were just working in a different area that day. we can't just start checking people out unless we're trained and specifically told to do so.
