I tried to set an appointment with Aziza who is the braiding expert at Alfredos and she was incredibly rude, mean, unbending, and made me waste my time coming down to give her a deposit. She was rude on the phone when I tried to set an appointment with her and kept telling me I must do a deposit to make an appointment. She kept insisting I get up on her website rather than asking simple questions about where she is located and what her hours are so I could figure out when to come by. I was in a car and could not get up on the site and needed to make a decision right away as to whether I could even set an appointment. I did what she asked and brought her deposit but she was not there. The owner at Alfredo took the deposit so it would be waiting for Aziza but when Aziza found out I had left the deposit she went off on me on the phone saying she is an independent contractor and I should have known not to leave money and known when she is not there. I have never been to her so I have no way to know anything about how she operates and had absolutely no time to get on her site as I am dealing with a business crisis this week of my own. She was mean and hateful to me on the phone and would not even listen and told me to come back and get my deposit and I would have to find another braider. Apparently, this woman thinks because she has all this experience and such that she can now treat people like crap. I just wanted to make people aware of her and the fact that Alfredo International is perfectly fine with her continuing to be there.
