I WAS a long time business cus...

I WAS a long time business customer at this Office Depot. Several times I have had to wait a very long time to get checked out and been late for appointments because of their slow check out times. On August 2, it was too much. The cashier was more intent on signing up a person buying school supplies for the Advantage program than checking out people. As the line grew to 4 people they were still signing her up for $30 to $40 worth of supplies. I was fed up with the wait and walked off leaving a little over $800 worth of stuff in my basket. I am taking my business elsewhere and it amounted to several thousand dollars a year in business- Maybe they need a cashier to take care of business people.

The Baytown location of Office...

The Baytown location of Office Depot is outstanding! It doesn't matter what I go in there for they are always informative, and helpful. They don't make those of us that are "technically challenged" embarassed in the least.
