I have been a customer for years, ever since they were in the old store, this place is great! The selection is huge. They have lay away. The service is great. Its family run, and I have always been treated like family when I go there. I have never been charged more than 12.00 for anything I have taken in for repair. And never had a problem with anything that they repair for me. Not to mention all the freebies he throws in, just because. I went in close to Valentines day to make a payment and he gave me a big heart shaped box of candy, the Whitman sampler. And I have more pens and led flashlights than I know what to do with, and so far I have never paid one cent for a replacement watch battery. I love that all the repairs are done on site. Im always scared to take my stuff somewhere that sends your stuff out for repair. And the owner is a no B.S. guy, if you take something in that is not worth repairing, he will tell you straight out.
