First they seem to not want your business, they don't get back with you for anything. I tried to use them before we bought our house and we gave up on them. Second we had a contractor build our house and unfortunately they use these people. we got the up graded carpet. one month later the carpet looked worse than my parents shag carpet installed 30 years ago. the ware on the carpet is really bad, i would be embarrassed to sell something like this. they will not do anything about it. Third the carpet padding separated in our bed room, they did come out and taped it back to gather, no joke, taped it. now 5 months later we have found, in our spare bed room, another padding separated. they hired a inspector to come out and look at the carpet but they will not share the information with us, sounds like they are hiding something.
