Provided by YPmobileDr. MacDougal is a great surgeon. I found him to be kind, caring, and honest. His PA is the one who will be better at explaining a procedure, why it is needed, and what to expect afterward.
The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of billing. The charge for the PA's surgery fee was the same as Dr. MacDougal's fee. It didn't make sense for them to both charge the same fee.
