Great service! - I went this past weekend and purchased my new 2015 Highlander. Mr. Jim Hoban my salesman was awesome! He didn't pushed me and was so friendly and treated me like if he knew me. The whole team from Mr. Hoban, his co-worker Scott Daigle, their manager Ed Villarreal to finance with Carlos they treated my mother and I like queens. We were both very pleased! They made the whole thing smooth! If you go to Community Toyota ask for Mr. Jim Hoban! He is the sweetest man around!

The service department is MUCH TOO difficult to talk with. I have called there several times and ask to speak to someone in the service department. I am transferred to another person who asks what I want. I tell them I want the service dept.. They transfer me to another phone and it rings and rings and eventually transfers me back to the front desk--round & round we go. They then tell me to "HOLD". I hold for five minutes and hang up. Never have gotten thru to the service department. I give up and will take my vehicle(Toyota Camry) to a local repair shop for a brake job. I DO NOT recommend the service department at Community Toyota in Baytown, Texas to anyone. Since it is too difficult to get thru to talk to anyone about my Camry repairs and service, I vow that I will never purchase another vehicle from Community Toyota in Baytown, Texas. Yes, I purchased the vehicle in question (new) from them and they were so eager to sell me one , then they are too difficult to deal with.

My husband and I bought a number of cars and trucks from here. Our Salesman "Richard Linck aka Maverick" was so easy to work with. The whole sales & finance procedure was done with such ease. I have purchased several vehicles from my baytown community dealership but this was the best experience by far. Maverick took such good care of us and worked with what our requierments were that we bought 2 / 2014 Tundra trucks. Love our trucks and really love the service. Go see maverick he will take very good care of you and your needs.

I was referred to Maverick Linck a couple of weeks ago by a friend. He had me in the perfect car within a matter of hours! Then this morning, on his day OFF, I bought a car for my daughter via text message and he even went to the dealership to take the car off the lot and fill it up with gas so I could pick it up tonight! He goes above and beyond for his customers! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I had a great experience at Community Toyota. Richard Linck was very helpful. I was in and out under 2 hours. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. He had my car detailed and the tank was full. He showed me all of the features and really took his time with me.

It was refreshing to walk into an automobile dealership that makes the customers interest first priority. It was evident that salesman Eshen Akhter was well versed in product knowledge and also exemplified professional sales expertise. The information and willingness to provide service and advice were evident and appreciated during my initial visit at Community Toyota. Eshens dedication and enthusiasm to make things happen were inspiring and motivating beyond any other experience with a car salesman. I believe that Eshen Akhter exhibits qualities that are essential to business and successful sales. He also demonstrated incredible initiative and strong dedication to follow up during the ordering process. I would also like to inform that I have three Toyota dealerships within a 35 mile radius of my home that did not meet my expectations to sell me a new Toyota vehicle. I attribute 100% of their failure to providing a sales staff with a hidden agenda that used typical sales tactics. After dealing with the aforementioned dealerships it made my effort to drive two hours and 150 miles to Community Toyota an easy decision. While visiting Community Toyota I never felt pressured to make a decision or was persuaded to purchase a vehicle that did not fit my needs. After review of what was available at the dealership Eshen made certain that he could provide exactly what I wanted and took time to custom order my vehicle with every detail and option exactly as requested. I expect that Community Toyota will share my experience with customers and use Eshen as an example to other sales staff. The entire process was absolutely painless. I would also like to thank Rich Gregory for being a manager with integrity that made my request and special order first priority. It is evident that Rich and Community Toyota are in business to meet customer expectations and provide service that is not only hard to find, but also rare in my past experiences when purchasing a new vehicle. It is also inspiring to see a manager support their sales staff and not play back and forth sales games that often kill the deal. Scott Daigle salesperson at Community Toyota in Baytown, Texas handled my sales for a 2012 Toyota Tundra Crewmax. After visiting several dealerships around Houston, I must say that dealing with Scott and this dealership was the decision maker. I just had my Toyota Tundra Serviced today and would like for anyone to know how pleased I am of the service and quick response I got. The seat had torn at the seams in my new Tundra and when I pointed it out to Kristina Woods, the Service Representative, she jumped on it and got it ordered, delivered and repaired in short order. Thanks again to Kristina and Community Toyota.

I worked with Community Toyota...

I worked with Community Toyota's Internet Sales Department to get a "no haggle" price for a Toyota Prius. When I arrived at the dealership, the dealership refused to honor the price quoted by the Internet Sales Department. The salesperson, Scott D, at the dealership was very difficult to deal with and became very angry and started yelling when I questioned why there was a communication error in the price quote. I will NEVER visit this dealership again. I took my business to Champion Toyota on I-45 where they were very friendly and helpful.

This horrible dealership employs an internet service that make false claims about their inventory. My husband and I were searching for cars and found one online we were incredibly interested in checking out. My husband called and we were told the day before coming that it was in stock. She even called us the next evening to make sure we were coming to the dealership to check out the car. So after spending an hour in Houston traffic and driving across town we arrive to discover that the car we were interested in was sold the previous day! Come to find out, this sleazy car dealership knows about this and pays the service for every customer that visits. The get you in the door and then try to up sale you... completely absurd and the reason why used car dealership have such a bad reputation. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO HERE!!!!!
