Beware of these people! The elderly owners, Bethine and Martin are extremely dishonest. I lived there 1 year, always abided by the rules, always paid my rent on time. Thier yard people tore up the skirting on my new mobile home with their weed eaters. They do not enforce the animal rules (dogs are tied up outside, which is against THEIR rules). I was bitten by a chow that got loose & Bethine & Martin blamed me, saying that I should just move if I'm not happy there. When I did move, I ensured the lot was left pristine and even took pictures and had the current magr, Stacey, inspect & approve it, & had her sign a paper stating my lot was pristine and that I would get my deposits back. Days later, Betine & Martin said I had damaged the property and tried to steal the power pole! ABSURD! Also beware....I lived there 1 year and they went through at least 5 managers, they never last long. BEWARE OF BETHINE AND MARTIN...THEY ALSO OWN A COUPLE OF OTHER PARKS IN BAYTOWN>>>>MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH! These people are jerks and dishonest.

give to this place zero stars.I used to live here and had many bad experiences with the owners especially with Mrs.Bethie They are very bad people and Racist, they are only interested in money, and they look for a way to get money for anything, I really don't recommend this place because it is not Secure, they don't have cameras, they stole a ladder and the owners did'nt have camaras, according to us they said that they had cameras and when we did the report with the police they came out with that they did'nt have anything , they only said that to the people so they felt safe, Thing that is lying, apart the place is too dark they don't have lamps. Before going to live in this place think it very well, because I am sure that yall will regret it .

Again HORRIBLE management Ms Bethine very rude has no concern but for herself Money hungry nonproffesional Has no business to run mobile home parks doesn't even put eviction notice on doors Don't rent here!

Zero stars!! Horrible management we had to call the police they tried to get over on us because were from out of state .

Nice neighborhood but the management is horrible. They are mean and very dishonest, especially Bethine.She has a very cutthroat attitude, she doesn't listen and she will do anything to get her way.

Horrible experience. Beth and Mark lie. Any problem you have will not get fixed. Do not live here. They do NOT care.

I wouldnt put my dog in this place.Full of old ppl and what seems like druggies. A lot better in the area.

Mobile Home Park is nice & quiet for families. HOWEVER, their management is absolutely horrible! I have experienced it 3 times and I have only lived here for a year. A female receptionist at their office argued and insulted me the first time because we wouldn't meet their demands in their time frame with short notice. The 2nd time we called in a concern for our safety and the SAME female told me that they didn't need to know that and that they didn't care, basically. And finally the 3rd most recent time, 2 males went under my mobile home to turn off the water and destroyed the coverings around my house. With a 1 year old in our house, we cannot be without water! I called the office again, and the SAME WOMAN answered telling me that they had shut the water off and we were suppose to fix it on our own. THEN WHY COME INTO MY HOUSE AND MESS WITH IT IF YOU DON'T PLAN TO FIX ANYTHING??! The worst part is that she put me on hold for 20 minutes while she answered a personal call. I had to call back and a man answered. I will never refer this place to anyone unless they change their management.

Do not move here, this place is a dump, management is mean, terrible, ignorant and completly unorganized. We have only been here 3 days and so far we have a home full of roaches, fridge stopped and leaked all over, dishwasher was full of dead bugs and was filthy, i ran it once to try cleaning and it leaked all of the water on the hardwood floor, which is now bowing and ruined, and lastly the plumbing all went to hell during my sons bday party. Both toilets overflowed into the shower, bath, and floor vents, they say we will be there to fix Monday, Where do we shower, use the bathroom etc until then? not their problem, then asked why is it that we moved in and everything goes wrong, verbally assaulted me, my husband and his aunt, then we were told we have 24 hours to vacate because they dont like us...BEWARE

This place and the staff are HORRIBLE! Bethine will call you a deadbeat if you don't pay your rent and she will turn your water off because of nonpayment also. She has done this to several tenants, even those that have chosen to move because they've lost their job. The homes are falling apart, cabinets coming aprt. roofs leaking, mold growing on walls. screen doors falling off, and they will not repair anything. They also steal your rent money. One tenant lost their receipt and had no proof of payment so she made them pay again. My husband lost his job and we told her we had to move because we couldn't afford the rent and she called us "deadbeats that wouldn't amount to anything!" (At least we were honest.) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
