HORRIBLE, LYING PROPERTY MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER!!! I have never written a review for any apartment complex I have lived in but this company deserves the review I am about to leave. I lived on this property from 2013 to 2014. I had just finished a one year lease and decided to renew for another 6 months. I renewed and shortly after I had a harassment problem from another tenant. It was reported and the officer on site came out. Apparently it is okay for people to put their hands on you in your home and should another resident hit you then you are now the problem not them. The officer yelled at me and did nothing. It doesn't suprise me since apparently he is on steroids and just an overall aggressive individual. I gave a 30 day notice and agreed to pay my way out of my lease due to this issue. However, the manager tried to talk me into staying so over the phone I told her that I would give it a shot. A couple of days later I started having issues with the tenant again and told the manager I wanted to just keep the original written notice in tact and go when it said. I also had my copy. She said that would be fine. I paid through the month and expected a reletting fee which is normal when you break a lease agreement. What I got was a double the rent amount to pay off. Even though I had paid I owed an extra month. Even though it was preleased and someone was moving in. So I paid the account off through a collection agency in less than one years time. Now that I am trying to get an apartment somewhere else and they are paid off they are lying. I called because the new complex wanted to verify with them my rental history. The new complex had faxed a document to be filled out. The assistant manager told me there were no faxes and no one called. So I called the new complex back where I personally know the manager because she was the manager at the first apartment I ever had when I was 19 years old. She told me they did answer and tried to lie saying I left without notice and still owed a full months rent. But because I covered my behind and kept my paid in full letter from the account there, the statement from the assistant manager has been discredited. DONT MOVE HERE WHEN YOU LEAVE THE RIGHT WAY IT NOT THEY WILL DO WHAT THEY CAN TO MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE

Bayview Apartments are AWSOME.The staff is always there when I need anything.Maintenance Man is the best,alway there to repair what needs to be fixed in a timely manner.I will live here for many years to come.

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO APPLY! THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU AND KEEP YOUR APPLICATION FEE AND THEN WHEN YOU REQUEST RECORDS THEY WILL HAVE THE ON SITE POLICE OFFICER THROW YOU UP AGAINST YOUR CAR USING MORE FORCE THAN NEEDED, WRONGFULLY SEARCH IT, PUT YOU IN CUFFS IN THE BACK OF HIS CAR TO FEEL BIG AND BAD AND THEN LET YOU GO AFTER HE PUTS HIS HANDS ON YOUR PERFECTLY LEGAL .40 CAL. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY EVEN HIRED TOMMY, A MAINTENANCE MAN WHO WAS FIRED FROM HOUSING AND FIRED FROM 2500 E JAMES "THE PLACE" BECAUSE HE COULDNT GET MY APARTMENT TO PASS INSPECTION AFTER 30 DAYS OF WORK! HEED MY WARNING EVERYBODY!!!

It looks nice from the outside. The apartments on the inside are designed so there is less room and kitchens in the 3 bedrooms have less room than the 2 bedrooms. Be careful when you have guest because they barely give any room for parking and will find any reason to tow you. I seriously think they are making money somewhere off towing people. I have a disabled child and when the night nurses can't find parking they park in front of the office because there are no signs saying they enforce towing there. YET once again they find a reason to tow. My night nurses are here 7a-7p. They are here after the office closes and gone before they open. The least they could do to make up for their crappy parking is let people park there after hours! Kids are unruly in the back where most parking is. They don't allow basketball courts there because it "attracts gangs" so the kids turn the monkey bars into a basketball court. This place isn't worth the headache!

I live here almost 3 years and really appreciate for all staff who is take care of that Apartments They quickly respond for any needs Friendly personal and great Management they want make sure all tenants happy. I moved because I buy new house, so I highly recommended it to my friends. I see many happy customers not leave their comments , because that is normal I newer has problem with management or crime issue etc.That is good place in Baytown.

Problems with office personnel being decietful and just outright lying. Takes maintenence forever to repair simple things such as cabinet hinges. Hidden landscaping is being overlooked and not attended to, causing infestations, and pet fecses build up. Office doesnt enforce pet owners to clean up behind pets. Steadily going downhill. Kids dont have opportunities or even residents period have the opportunity to utilize the full benefits of the pool grounds or inside office areas which they claim u can upon moving in.

It's okay. Apartments are affordable priced, but they have an income cap. I lived there for 2 years. There were a handful of break-ins, and theres a current (5/22/12) silverfish infestation in some of the of the buildings. The management office keeps poor paperwork, and things fall through cracks because the office personnel changes regularly. Hasn't been a terrible 2 years, but I won't renew.

I have been living at Bayview for over 2 years and I love it. I have never had any problems since the new manager took over this property in October 2008. She has worked very hard cleaning this property up and I would recommend this property to all me friends.

FOR A NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX, IT GOT BAD REALLY FAST. COPS ARE CALLED OUT ALMOST EVERY NIGHT. THE PARKING LOT IS FILLED WITH BEER BOTTLES. AS FOR THE MANAGER, SHE'S RUDE AND SEEMS BOTHERED WITH COMPLAINTS.I'VE HAD AC PROBLEMS SINCE I'VE MOVED IN AND THEY CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. I'VE BEEN HERE 4MONTHS AND I'M READY TO LEAVE. BAD MANAGEMENT AND NEIGHBORS.
