I booked online because we were coming into town due to an emergency in the famly and did not want to deal with anything except finding hospital. First thing, we pulled back covers, roach in bed. Killed several roaches over the course of our stay. Room had foul odor and one towel and one washcloth per room. Tried to find other accommodations in area but nothing available. As we wwere leaving at 4 am in the morning to go home, the owner/manager was standing at window watching our every move, my husband was going to get some ice and she told him..no no ice, small glass ice, have some for others.....REALLY??? I wish I knew who owned this filthy place, they need a talking to and the health dept. needs to get involved. I gave this place 1 star because it would not post with out clicking one

Horrible!! The staff is rude. Asked to have a confirmation letter faxed ahead of time, that was a joke. My name was misspelled and there was a made up confirmation number. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds each (8 people right) When we got to our rooms there were just 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per room, used condiments, beoken phone, cravked door lets outside light in, and the room was just filthy overall. When we asked for more towels we were questioned about how many people were In out party and it was supposed to be 1 person per bed and he was going to charge us extra for the extra people. Later on that evening my son got sick and vomited in the bed, when I went to the office for more linens I was given a sheet! When I asked for more sheets and another blanket I was told that they charge additional for children (no I'm not kidding). So if I had to stay at this hotel again I think I would stay in my f150 before I paid for another night in this place.

This hotel is horrible I found a wet toilet paper roll behind the coffee pot, cockroaches on the floor... alive. Gail said there's nothing they can do, the owner said they quote won't do anything for my family! Very displeased.

this hotel is aweful!! its not that its dirty or unclean, the owners/staff is the rudest people i have ever met! The owners are the only ones working in the whole hotel, therefor they are streched thin. But that does not give them the right to be absurdly rude to their guests. We paid by the week and they refused to give us more then one towel a day and one coffee and one pack of sweetner sugar and creamer. We stayed for aproxmately 3 weeks and everyday they had a smart comment when I came to the office to get a fresh set of towels and coffee such as "What?! you need more coffee! you drink too much coffee!". Also they only refreshed the room once and that was when I asked for them to come and clean it. I had to change the sheets myself as well. I would recomend driving another 5 miles to Garth road to find another hotel.
