THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! IT'S NOT AT ALL WHAT IT USED TO BE WHEN IT FIRST OPENED. THE OWNER IS GREEDY, DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER PARENTS WHO PAY HER DAMN LIFE! IF YOU GO TO HER WITH A CONCERN, SHE WILL DISACTIVATE YOUR CAMERA PRIVILEDGES AND HANG IT OVER YOUR HEAD. HUGE TURNOVER RATE! I TOOK MY SON OUT FINALLY! AND DONT' REGRET IT.
DO YOU RESEARCH, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NICE BUILDING.

Fantastic school. My children have been going to this school for 4 years and we love the teachers. Our oldest skipped Kinder and went straight to First Grade!

The owner is money hungry. I am a former employee and she does not pay her employees well at all. The class rooms are always out of ratio and she will give you a 4 hour lunch break just so that we won't go overtime. If you just want a babysitter by any means pay the high rates, but if you want an actual school where your children will learn I do not recommend this school at all.

The appearance of this place misleads a lot of parents. As an former employee and parent I know firsthand how horrible it truly is! The children are often mistreated and in an unsafe environment. The child teacher ratios are extremely high even though they advertise otherwise. The owner only does what benefits her profit and not what is on the interest of the children. It's very dirty and has a high turnover rate. The toys are in extreme need of replacement and many of the staff are highly unqualified and act uneducated so to speak. I would never recommended anyone to trust there children to be cared for or to waste their money. A lot of people have had there children there for years and I highly recommend they come unknowingly to the staff throughout the week so they can catch what goes on!!!! Children are left in the heat without water for long amounts of time. They use humiliation and taunting tactics with small children... It's very disheartening and unbelievable that this place has not been shut down

My sons attend this school and I love their teachers. They always address me when I enter the building and into their classrooms. The security is the best in Baytown. The curriculum is wonderful. They do so many activities including homework. I would definitely recommend this school

As a former employee, I have seen many disrespectful parents who don't get their way then have to be kicked out. I have also seen the owner bend over backwards to help families out. I no longer live in Baytown, but I did work here for 2 years as a lead teacher. There would be days when parents would have a bad day at work and would take it out on me. The director always stood up for us. She never allowed parents to yell at staff. How can you curse in front of children because YOU bounced a check??!!! I know it's hard having such a big expensive business in Baytown. It makes you a target, but the staff and the owners work really hard for everyone. We did community events and have so many happy parents. Too bad I had to move.

This is a wonderful school. My children attend in Suite 300 and the infant room. I have never had any issues in the past 3 years. I love the teachers. They have always been helpful and my oldest has learned so much. I am able to work and watch my children online, so can my family who live in another state. The Director is always there to answer my questions. They are always organized and the facility is state of the art. I am aware that some people do have issues as with ALL customer driven industries, but I know my experience has been stellar. Even when I lost my job, they helped me out with tuition so I could interview without bringing my children along.

I love this place. We have been here for 4 years and have brought both of my kids here. We love the security, the webcams, and the staff. They have a cook who doesn't teach so that's a plus. The place is ALWAYS clean. I haven't had any issues that weren't resolved by the end of the next day. I have referred several of my friends to this center without any reservations.

My daughter attended this day care and we never had any problems though-out her time. She attended from the age of 2yr until she went to K this year.

I was lured in to this beautiful building with lots of activities to offer. After my child attended, it was obvious that the owner cared more about paying it off, than running a business. (She never responded to emails) The 'teachers' that the owners hire are unsophisticated and hardly qualify to take care of your children. I didn't want to judge at first glance, by my child received bad care while there. He built a strong vocabulary of bad words and did not learn anything new. There is a huge turnover of 'teachers' and management which shows strongly that the work and facility are unsatisfactory. Please don't be enticed by the camera system!! Most of the items I noticed on the camera are the reason I pulled him out. There is also a horrible student:teacher ratio although they claim that it is within 'state guidelines.' I urge you not to be mislead by outside appearance, because inside..it is falling apart. Be sure and check State of Texas documented violations!!! 100% unsafe

my husband and i were suspicious that the center had problems, our fears were confirmed by the posts on a blog, which you can find by searching for "don't fence me in". we had a problem with our son being biten dozens of times by mosquitos recently while at the center. they also left him soaking wet all day even though i provided clean, dry clothes. they never even called us to ask for a change of clothes for him. they just lost the ones we sent and called him a "knucklhead" for forgetting his towel. my stories pale in comparison to the blog. do not be fooled by the nice building and high fees, the biggest red flag of all was the staff. discourteous, unprofessional and just plain rude. i have never seen a day care with such a poor attitude and lack of interest in their work. very disappointing at best, alarming at worst.
