DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Office personal are very rude, aids are not trained to properly. Their answer to this is just to send someone and charge you even though the aid did NOTHING to aid the patient. I had one aid who got off at 8:00 pm and told me her ride wasn't going to pick her up until 11:00 pm, I ended up leaving my mom alone (which is the whole point in having the aids is that she is never left alone) and driving her home which took me 1 1/2 hours.

The supervisor for the aids is nasty, rude and a liar. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. They are not the "people with a heart", they are heartless!
