The owner did my root hair color and she has damaged the hair to hay and left patches. Very unprofessional unskilled job and I am questioning her credentials. They have a no refund policy too which is shameless after admitting fault. My beautiful healthy hair is now damaged beyond repair. Do not use this salon.

Had the worst worst experience... Please save your time and money. Go somewhere else! The owners wife is the biggest & ugliest b I have ever met. She doesn't have a single clue about customer service or even human decency. This place is simply rude, dishonest and does not know how to cut/perm hair.

I just found out that Kelly is no longer at this salon - Im so upset! I finally had found a stylist that knew exactly how to do my hair and now she is gone! Does anyone know where she is working now? This is a big, big loss for this salon, she was the only reason I would go there! If anyone knows where she is working now, please post it. Thanks.
