I've lived her for 6 months now and I'm disappointed on how they keep the grass area clean. It's covered with cigarette buds and people smoke right outside by the entrance. During the summer I have my window open and all summer I've been inhaling second hand smoke. There is a big sign no smoking but people have no respect and still do. My heater in my living room doesn't work. The super says he can't fix it until weather gets warmer. Mind you this winter has been rough and with a six month old it hasn't been easy. I can't be in my living room for too long. My neighbors that live across from me always have cops at their door. It's frightening because whoever lives there has mental issues which I overheard the cops say last time they came. They have vicious fights every week. Last but not least I have the neighbors from hell above us. They are rude, have no respect for noone. We tried to let them know in a nice way to cease their noise but he threatened with violence. Cops have been called to that persons apartment because of their loud and violent arguments not just by me but by other neighbors as well. They are extremely loud at late/early hours of the night. Oh and they have a German Shepard that runs through the apartment at all hours of the night as well and in the buildings contract clearly states no pets over 25lbs. I've sent letters to landlord and nothing has changed, I sent a third one just recently hoping something gets solved. This building in particular is a nightmare. People are rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone living here.
