I don't even know where to start with this review. Terrible construction, done sloppily, major components of our unit in the building aren't even installed properly ie. windows seem like they are going to fall out of the moldings, leak terribly and let in hot and cold air, and "sealant" if you can even call it that-is brittle and cracked, tub fixtures are crooked, bathrooms aren't properly ventilated, tile & grout done wrong and installed sloppily, paint done very sloppily and left dried on and spattered all over floors, carpet which was in bedrooms was covered in paint and spackle (this is a brand new unit might I add). I don't know how builders like this sleep at night knowing that they do the bare minimum to rip off innocent home buyers and leave them with a huge mess to clean up after them. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I could never recommend this builder/company to anyone. It's shocking a company like this can be in existence. Would give zero stars if I could.
