Horrible lawyer , I have a multimillion dollar case against the PATH and he sued the wrong people. Thank God I fired him. He will settle your case for peanuts and shortchange you out of the money you deserve . All his cases settle below 500,000, just look at his poorly made website.

What is unique is that the law firm has been in Bayonne for more than 20 years only doing personal injury cases.

Used Mr. Gates for an accident case and I was very disappointed in the results. He had my case for 2 years and was terrible at returning calls. When I did pin him down, he was often side stepping my questions. In the end he gets me less than $2000. Total waste of time.
