I've used Bayonne Exterminating in the past when I had a termite problem. I was very pleased with them. Recently I had a mouse problem. 60 years I've lived in this house and this was the first time ever these little critters decided to make themselves at home in my house. Ugh. Called BE and they set up bait stations and traps. It was a process. I was thinking that I was only dealing with a single mouse. Boy was I ever wrong. It took a few months, but I am mouse free. The staff was wonderful. They went over everything that they were going to do with me, explained what I could expect to experience (specifically when the mice eat the poison, I could possibly find one deceased in the middle of a room somewhere) and they came back every 2 weeks to do a check. And luckily, when they did, they found a couple of mice behind appliances that I would not have been able to get to. Justin, Travis and Joe (my fav) were courteous and did a great job. I also love that this treatment came with a 6 month guarantee. I am finally able to sleep without lights on and without having one eye open. Like I said, it was a process but one with a very happy ending. Critter free! I would highly recommend this company and will always use them when needed.

Our neighbors had termite treatment done by Ralph & his guys. My mom got nervous that the termites would head to our house & she asked Ralph. He finished up that job & personally checked for signs of termites. He also told us what we could look out for. Great guy! And I know we wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future!

This place is awesome they are in bayonne.. ...I had a yellow jacket problem.....gave great advice and we're very polite. They came out and took care of the nest and even called 3 days later for a follow up and every now and then they will call me to see how things are . Don't hire this service unless you don't mind picking up dead rodents. Totally misled us. They sent a teenager to come and put traps down. He told us he would be back in two weeks "To check the traps." What he didn't tell us was that with the traps he put down, the mice eat the poison then die somewhere else in your house (as in our case, in my mom's bathroom, on the basement floor, and stuck under my mom's refrigerator). The smell is so bad we haven't been able to eat in the kitchen for days. So if you don't want to lay out your hard earned money only to do their job, or to deal with rude staff, don't bother calling this service.
