They will never have the hotel reservation right.Impossible to stay in a smoking room.I just went home a few miles away.Would be a big problem if I was traveling.Went online to book a double queen non smoking room and the room was available,hotel manager couldn't explain.Her smug,sarcastic attitude was pathetic.It was clear she could careless.Payouts are the worst,anyway,a comp room is not worth putting up with that management.I will NEVER return.
