Do not use them!!!**** I brought them my brand new Dyson (not even a week old) by accident instead of my broken Dyson. It is the same vaccum. They told me that it was cost $100 to repair my BRAND new one that there was nothing wrong with lol they said it would be $40 for a new filter and $60 to remove a clog. My filter is still white being its new!!!! AND there was no clog. They had the wrong vaccum! They will rip you off and tell u that you need to replace things that aren't broken. Stay away!!!

I brought my Hoover vacuum in yesterday for repair. Mike the owner looked at it, and noticed I had the machine set to "floor" which shut off the rollers. There was nothing wrong with the vacuum. VERY reputable company. Thanks Mike.
