This is far most the worst company i have ever delt with in my life. In no form do they deserve a star infact they should be closed down, however i had to select one in order to submit my review. Everyone in the office are rude liers. I made an offer on a home, I sumitted all the paperwork and the seller did the same, however of offer was not submitted to the bank until over a month later. when I asked why it took so long to submitt my paperwork , the guy who was handling things told me that he has a personal life so he has other things to do, like going to school and spending time with his family. after i reported him to his manager he sent me rude text messages stating that he does not appreciate what i did and if my lawyer, my agent and my self keep calling to follow the process was going to be delaid. He also told me that he will only return phones calls once a week on thurday or friday but not before then. At this point i was furious so i contacted the manager again, who said they would look into things, however things only because worse, They begain to only return our calls every two or three weeks. These people have absoluty no respect for people, things became so bad that we just backed out of the deal and had our deposit refunded back to us. We are now in the process of reporting this company. My best advice to anyone who is thinking of working with company is to walk away you will be stressed out and disrespected if you choose to work with this company.
