Hello All,

This is Bay Pool Company. Below you will find a bizarre post by a former employee of ours. He has gone on every site possible trying to post and destroy us. He was asked to leave our company due to drug usage and also for drinking on the job, which one of our customers caught him doing. We do not tolerate this type of behavior. He was paid for the work he did, and we then asked him to no longer return. He is doing this out of anger. Most sites did not allow his post because they were aware of what he was doing to us.

We have been the new owners for 3 years now, and we take pride in our work and in our customers. He did leave some things unfinished, in which case, we went back and finished ourselves.

We aplogize for this trashy post, but we do not tolerate his type of behavior. Our lawyer has also been contacted in regards to a cease and disist letter for his actions of trying to destroy us on social media.

Again, we aplogize for his behavior but we felt the need to defend ourselves.

Bay pool company are nothing but crooks and liars. I worked for them till recently. They lie to there customers. Leave jobs undone and over charge them. They also falsified several contracts. If you are looking to have a pool installed please look elsewhere. They currently still owe me for work done and have done nothing but called me names. You will get the worse service possible from Bay Pool Company. Classic example of a ponzu scheme. Take deposit money to pay for their lavish lifestyle and leave jobs unfinished chasing the next check! We really like the new owners and how well they've started running this company. Our pool is beautiful.

BEWARE! Bay pools is probably the WORST customer service experience I've ever encountered. They came to my house(that was a chore in itself, getting them to show for their appointment), gave me "lip service", gave me a decent price and then absolutely REFUSED to return any phone calls, voicemails, emails and text messages after they agreed to do our pool for a certain price. 3 weeks later, they returned my correspondence with excuses and made no attempt to make things right with us. I'm a small business owner/veteran and am baffled that they are still in business... Found out they used to be Fiesta Pools who went out of business for not finishing pools and poor customer service....
