Provided by YP.comI had originally contacted Town&Country Electrical to have some work done in my residence and was told they could handle it and I would receive a call back later that day for scheduling. After a week and no return call, I called them. I was told we are too busy to handle it and to contact another company. As this is the quality of services to be provided, I was happy to contact another company.

Here at Town & Country Electric, Inc, we value all customer and potential customer feedback on their experience in dealing with any of our company representatives. In the past we have experienced extremely high call volumes for local and non-local service work in addition to any and all ongoing commercial and residential projects that we may have an existing contract for. In our experience, it is sometimes more beneficial and economical for both homeowner and our company alike to make a suggestion similar to what you recieved. Rather than accepting a job and being unable to perform properly in accordance to our customers standards and our own standards, we find that it is sometimes best to suggest another local company. We hope you understand, and again, we do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but would hope that this experience does not deter you from contacting us in the future for any possible electrical issues that may come up.
