We have been going to this groomer for about four years. In the past they were wonderful, even to the point I referred some friends and customers. I have even posted a positive review online for them. The last two visits were not pleasant at all. The last visit I was not informed of new hours/policy changes when I scheduled the appointment. The employee working when I picked my dog up was rude and made sure to point out she took my dog before hours (same time I always dropped her off in the past). I was not going to return due to the hour changes. It did not work with our busy schedule. I happened to have time in our schedule and thought I would try them again. When I made the appointment, I told her that I would not be able to pick my dog up until after 1:00. She said that would not be a problem. I got off of work and sat around waiting for the phone call letting me know she was ready. (EVERY single other visit, I received a call when she was done.) After sitting around waiting for two hours, I called to see what time I should come by to pick her up. Turns out she had been ready and the employee had been sitting around waiting for me. Well, how was I supposed to know she was done? When I questioned the employee about the changes the last six months, she got very defensive and tried to blame us for not picking our dog up. I let her know we were sorry, but we would not be returning for future grooming. Her response word for word "Well that's good." Not the type of service I want for myself or my dog.

I love supporting local businesses, but this one will not be getting any more of ours. My friends, family, coworkers, and customers will all know this is not the place to go.
