Im VERY happy! Don the Job Foreman and Al did a great job.Very friendly and efficient with the Insulationj work. They also did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up. Nick the Salesman did a wonderful job of follow up and figuring out how to do this job.

After having a new roof put on a few years ago we had major water damage around our chimney because of ice dams etc. The original roofing company gave us a run around and claimed to have fixed it but of course it leaked again. After much research and a recommendation from a fellow worker we called Tichenors roofing to look at it They gave us a quote and a contract that stated they would fix the problem but the next winter the same thing happened. We had them out again after much coaxing and they supposedly fixed it again. We had a 2 year warranty. Again this year the same problem with major damage to the inside roof again. This time we were told there is no shingle that doesnt leak and that we need this major remake for only a 1/4 of roof for only 18,0000 . Bottom line they promised in good faith to fix the problem and now want $18,000 to do so. They did not do business as they promised I would not recommend anyone to them. The people they sent to fix it the second were not sure of what they were doing either Bottom line: poor workmanship, poor professionalism and certainly not keeping the promises they make.
