The General Manager (Robert C.). Actually argued with us on how our food is supposed to be. If he read his own menu it say "rare: red center blood on plate." Not pink center with clear juices. He did offer to recook it. But who wants to watch everyone else eat before you can. He then just walked away. And only fixed the bill after I asked for his bosses phone number. I will not go back there.

I eat here about once every two months, and not once have I been left unsatisfied. They have the greatest cooks, and provide excellent service with a smile.
