The owner gave my grandmother an estimate to trim branches off a tree in her back yard. He showed up with equipment he could not get into the back yard (tearing up the neighbors lawn in the process), stated he had no certified climbers to climb the tree to cut the branches and therefore could not do the job, then DEMANDED $150.00 for the service call (which she paid) and is refusing to refund the money.... He left doing no work and leaving us to fix the damage to the neighbor's lawn. Since this happened (and I posted it on my Facebook page) I have had several people with similar stories regarding their mothers/grandmothers come forward.
