bad service and reservations are first come first serve

Reserved a trailer a week in advance, as we pull in we see one being pulled out, we wait for 20 mins once inside for someone to just come to the counter. They then tell us that they have no trailers left and refuse to check other uhaul site to see if they have any. We were told we could wait to see if any were returned today. What a great way to do business
